This exhibition by Rashid Al-Kindi is a poetic exploration of Oman’s soul- its land, sea, architecture, and spirit. Through deeply felt paintings, he captures not just what is seen, but what is lived: the resilience of nature, the stories in weathered walls, and the quiet strength of tradition. These works invite us to slow down, look closer, and rediscover out roots.

Rashid Alkindi expresses his creativity through a unique artistic style, drawn from the history and culture of Oman, where he's from. Utilising various sculptural techniques, he embodies his art, reflecting the aesthetics of nature and the heritage of Oman in his works.

Rashid Alkindi has a particular fondness for watercolor as an art medium, despite also exploring and using different artistic media. The versatility of water-colour allows the artists to create unique effects and expressions in their work. This preference reflects in his artistic style and the specific qualities he seeks to convey in his pieces. The combination of a favourite medium with the exploration of various art forms contributes to the richness and diversity of an artist's body of work.
