The Quiet Gaze explores the act of looking as a subtle exchange between observer and observed, where attention becomes a quiet form of connection. It considers how moments of observation can
create a fragile intimacy, one rooted in tenderness rather than intrusion. By creating a space for works shaped by stillness and attentiveness, the exhibition invites artists to reflect on how looking
can reveal, soften, and reshape our understanding of one another.

We are interested in incidental observations, fleeting moments where one briefly slips into the background of someone else’s narrative. These works emerge from acute observation, capturing understated, often overlooked moments that exist on the periphery of everyday experience.
